» Feature Writer Robert Dailey - Kubuga in Kenya

If Kubuga is indeed in Kenya, then, by giving him protection and immunity, Kenya is violating international law.
The Kenyan government, which has been so quick to assume African leadership, needs to reconsider its role in the future of Africa if it cannot deliver this criminal to international justiice.
Those who are protecting him are as guilty as he is and should also be prosecuted.
This is an opportunity for Kenya to show itself as a true leader and protector of Africa, not a third world country involved in corruption, graft, and criminality.
